The full platform for your tier — hosting, all enabled modules, your branding, managed onboarding, and automatic feature updates. There is no separate per-seat or per-feature charge.
Each tier includes a monthly-active-user allowance (5,000 on Community, 50,000 on Pro). If you exceed it, you simply add capacity at $300 per extra 10,000 monthly active users — no overage penalties, no hard cutoffs.
A one-time $2,500 setup fee covers provisioning, branding, and configuration. It is waived entirely on annual plans (Pro and up).
Annual billing gives you two months free versus monthly, and waives the $2,500 setup fee on Pro and up. It is the cheapest way to run PickrLabs long-term.
On Pro and Event, fans can buy gems for cosmetic, deterministic items. That runs on a revenue-share basis — you earn from your audience while staying fully compliant. We share the details during onboarding.
Events are priced per-event, from $7,500, sized to your expected audience burst. You get all modules, event branding, a custom domain, and a dedicated contact for the run of your tournament.
